Hi! My name is Sophie Erickson. I am 10 years old, and a Junior in 4-H. I have been active in 4-H since before Iw as old enough to be a Cloverbud. I will be a 5th grader this fall. This is my first year doing a market livestock animal. I chose to do a pen of 3 fryers. Their names are Kentucky, Fried, and Chicken. I am raising these chickens on organic feed. I’ve learned a lot about chickens, and the requirements to keep them happy and healthy. Please come find me at fair and meet my chickens. I hope to see you at the auction.
